By regularly switching perspectives but spending almost the entire time in one location, there is a sense of urgency for the characters that I couldn’t help but get caught up in. For once, I wasn’t interested in the characters’ back story, nor where they were headed. I was completely immersed in the here and now, hoping they could grasp the opportunity in front of them.
